Once again, there are charges on the police blotter that make you look twice. In the last week, a 36-year-old unemployed Canyon Country woman was charged with illegal possession of ammunition. At the same residence, there was a 23-year-old man brought up on charges of unauthorized possession of a syringe/needle.
A 24-year-old Canyon Country man was picked up for possession of a device/instrument/paraphernalia. And charges of possession of a narcotic went to:

A 22-year-old unemployed Canyon Country man was brought in for driving with a license that was suspended/revoked for another reason.
Two Van Nuys residents were arrested for bringing drugs/drug paraphernalia to jail/prison. They included a 21-year-old who works in food preparation and a 19-year-old who works in retail.
A 27-year-old employee of Geeksound was charged with embezzlement. And a 24-year-old unemployed Newhall man was picked up for burglary.
A 38-year-old Castaic housewife was arrested for battery against a former spouse.
