This week, several individuals were charged with battery against a former spouse, including a 54-year-old professor and a 44-year-old who refused to give an occupation – both from Valencia. A 33-year-old dental biller from Santa Clarita was charged with violence against a former spouse.

A 38-year-old firefighter from Orland was charged with attempted murder.
An 18-year-old Newhall resident who works in shipping-receiving was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm), and a 31-year-old bartender from Saugus was arrested for cruelty to a child likely to produce great bodily injury or death.

A 40-year-old unemployed Canyon Country resident was arrested for burglary. And a 38-year-old carpenter from Palmdale and a 36-year-old warehouse worker from Lancaster were charged with residential burglary.

A 45-year-old Cashier from Glendale was arrested for “gaming.”

Three individuals from Bakersfield were arrested for commercial burglary, including a 22-year-old, a 24-year-old, and a 40-year-old.
