In her senior year on the William S. Hart High School girls’ soccer team, Taylor Moorehead hasn’t let up for a second. Last week she assisted on the Indians’ first goal, and scored the team’s game-clinching goal in the 55th minute, as Hart defeated Canyon 2-1. The win gave Hart their fifth consecutive Foothill League title, and helped the Indians remain undefeated in league play (8-0). Hart’s final regular season games were this week.
“Taylor was one more time an offensive treat for us,” said girls’ soccer coach Guilherme Mitrovitch. “In the game against Canyon she was very productive. She got a goal and assist, but she also controlled possession and the tempo of the game for Hart.”
